During this crazy "pause" in our world right now I started to open up so older journals and became inspired to create a new one! Collaging, writing, doodling in an art journal is one of my best therapy practices. I can carry my journal anywhere, pull out some markers and just let go.
Here are some of my recent pages inspired during this Covid-19 shelter-in-place.

Inspired by Andrea Bocelli's incredibly moving performance on Easter Sunday! You can find it on YouTube. "Music for Hope"

I love doodling these flowers - sweet "Doodle Roses". The inspiration was sent to me by a friend, a beautiful poem by Rupi Kaur.

I love hand lettering in my journals. This page was inspired by Vincent Van Gogh! The lettering was made with various markers: Posca paint pens, Copic markers and Tombow markers. So fun to decorate all the words.
Here are some of my older journal pages that I found! All of these journals are made from one piece of Fabriano Hot Press paper. There aren't that many pages so the journal is easy to fill in and finish!

"Everything you can imagine is real" Pablo Picasso

"When the personality comes to serve the purpose of your soul" Oprah

"If you only said one prayer in a day, make it thank you" Rumi
