in Marrakech, Morocco

From March 13th to 20th, I’ll be teaching an intimate art retreat in Marrakech, Morocco. This one feels special, and I hope you can join me!
We’ll stay just outside the city in a peaceful villa surrounded by olive groves, with the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay desert stretching beyond us.

The Details That Make It Seamless
This retreat is designed so you can fully arrive — creatively and personally. Everything is thoughtfully arranged so your only job is to show up with curiosity and your sketchbook.
Excursions & Inspiration
Each day we’ll venture out to locations chosen specifically for their beauty, texture, and creative spark. You’ll have opportunities to explore the Medina, wander vibrant souks, sketch architectural details, gather color stories, or paint plein air in breathtaking landscapes.
Some outings will be guided cultural experiences. Others will allow space to slow down, shop, photograph, sketch, or simply take it all in. The inspiration will travel back with us to the studio.
Daily Tuition & Creative Support
Every day includes both group instruction and personal guidance.
We’ll gather for demonstrations, technique exploration, and shared learning, and you’ll also receive one-to-one feedback and encouragement, whether we’re working outdoors or in the studio.
My role is to help you cultivate confidence in your process, stretch your creative voice, and feel supported every step of the way. All levels are welcome.
Nourishing Food
Each morning begins with fresh baked goods, seasonal fruit, and continental-style breakfasts.
Lunches and dinners are locally sourced and freshly prepared, celebrating the flavors of Morocco. We’ll also enjoy a couple of meals out at carefully chosen restaurants, giving you a taste of the city’s vibrant culinary scene. Restaurant meals are at your own expense.
Accommodation – 7 Nights in Our Private Domaine
We’ll stay for seven nights in a beautiful private domaine nestled in the olive groves just outside Marrakech.
You’ll have full access to:
• A fully equipped indoor art studio, open 24/7
• A heated swimming pool
• The surrounding olive grove and peaceful property
• Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces
This will be our creative home for the week.
