Capitola Art + Wine Recap

I’m not sure I have the words to describe the Capitola Art + Wine Festival. It was surreal to be surrounded by so many loving customers and art supporters. I am deeply humbled and extremely grateful for everyone who came out to say hello, purchase my art, express their love for my work and how much joy it brings them. I think more than anything that when I hear the stories of how my art makes people feel it is the biggest blessing of all. I have been spending these past few days soaking it all in, journaling about it and just walking around with a huge smile on my face.

We had to be there at 6am to set up and this was my view...amazing!

The biggest thank you goes out to Capitola Art + Wine who asked me last January to be the featured artist and I have been on that joyride ever since. Carrie, Toni and Jeanne were amazing to work with and so supportive - I seriously can’t thank them enough. This event is by far my favorite - smoothly organized, with incredible volunteers. They draw in the crowds like I’ve never seen with the best marketing campaigns from promoting in newspapers, radio, magazines, social, other events and the list goes on. And in all those marketing efforts my art was featured. What a tremendous gift!

I was so lucky to have my art featured in all the many newspaper ads, social media posts and direct mail postcards!

I couldn't have done this show without the help of my friends who worked the booth, rolled the towels and cheered me on!

And I couldn’t have made it through the weekend without the help of my hubby Mark, and my friends who sold my art better than I could have ever done it. To all my friends who stopped by and to all my returning and new customers - I love you all!! Thank you xo

This will be forever one of my favorite paintings as it's brought me such good fortune!
