I always start my paintings in an intuitive style that allows me the freedom to just let go. It’s a spontaneous expression that is playful and fun, while meditative at the same time. It is only near the end of my painting process that the story comes to life with a realistic image. I work with colors that make me happy, reminiscent of the beauty that is all around us and that are even more magical when painted together.
